If necessary, the residence's staff are allowed to enter the apartments during the period in which the resident is absent. These situations usually occur in cases of breakdowns or for reasons of force majeure.

Residents who opt for the double occupancy regime and do not have a roommate to share the apartment with will have to do so with another resident who is in the same situation. If there is no roommate to share the apartment with at the time of arrival, the resident will be temporarily alone in the apartment. During this period, the resident will only have to pay for the double occupancy regime.

Payment must be made by the 10th of each month. If payment is made after this date, a fine of 10% of the monthly fee will be applied. From the 15th onwards, the fine will increase to 50%. Payment is made by bank transfer or deposit at the counter. Residents must present proof of payment at reception by the end of the payment date.

Yes, any resident can receive visitors in the apartment until midnight. Upon arrival, visitors must identify themselves at reception and will be given a visitor card, which must be returned upon departure.

Individual residents may receive overnight visitors in their apartment, with accommodation for one visitor only. There is no charge for up to two nights per week. For stays lasting more than two days per week, the current price list applies. Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee. In cases of double occupancy, overnight stays are not possible.

Bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) and towels (face and bath towels) are changed every Monday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Residents must return their used linen to the laundry and a new set will be provided. If residents arrive at the residence after 5:00 p.m., they may collect their set from reception, provided that they have already returned the used set beforehand.

It is possible to have breakfast and other light meals in the Lounge. This is an extra service and is not included in the monthly fee.
